短評：陳迪匡和他的首本名曲《傷心的小鸚鵡》從來沒大紅大紫過，但當年收音機常常播，證明DJ們都喜愛這首歌。而這首歌旋律清新、歌詞可愛、演繹率真，的確很討人歡心。

我特別把英文原曲《Me and the Elephant》的歌詞都加在這裡，大家可看到鄭國江的歌詞和原曲頗為相似，基本上算是翻譯歌，只是為了遷就音韻才換了動物名字，如把大象換成鸚鵡。但細心留意下，會發現鄭sir在兩段chorus內加了點心思，就是「哪」和「那」二字。英文原曲中，友人(女朋友?)離開後迅即被所有動物(除了大象)遺忘，第一和第二段沒什麼分別。但在鄭sir的詞裡，第一段是這樣的：「離別妳 哪隻畜生不悲傷 我每次都會抱抱那白綿羊」，而第二段卻是這樣的：「無奈那 那隻畜牲不悲傷 我要再緊抱 妳抱過那白綿羊」。即是說第一段時，動物們還掛念著她，但到了第二段，動物們都忘記她了，除了歌者和大象。「哪」和「那」在這裡實在用得巧妙。
