短評：如果要票選廣東歌中最經典的獨白，這一句三甲必入：「你有你嘅生活，我繼續我嘅忙碌」。《天各一方》這首歌的特別之處是它的兩段獨白是整首歌的骨幹，反而唱出的歌詞只是點綴。曾路得固然唱得動聽，但俞琤讀出了歌曲的靈魂（雖然我也很喜歡鄭子誠更磁性的版本）。根據俞琤所說，她是從垃圾桶裡檢回這首歌的，並為其單薄的結構加添獨白（不知歌詞是已有還是後加？相信是後者）。這一神來之筆，足以令一首歌起死回生。
說說《6 pair 半》這張專輯。它是前無古人的大膽新嘗試。試想想：你面前有一張雜錦大碟，入面全部不是歌手，唯一賣點就是全部都是同一個電台的DJ，完全屬於「自己友圍爐自high」的作品，你會買嗎？當然不會。但慢著...別忘了DJ的權力，尤其是當年不是電視便是收音機的年代，電台天天播著同一批歌曲，如果質素還好的話，哪有不紅之理？何況歌曲質素的確不錯啊。就這樣，《6 pair 半》成為經典大碟，亦為「DJ轉型做歌手」開了先河。
